Our Team

Alex has 12 years underground mining experience in Kalgoorlie and is a carpenter by trade.

He has cert 4 in training & assessing in the mining industry. Alex has an uncanny ability to see the finished product even when no one else can.

His eye for straight lines, level surfaces, where the water will go and can operate any type of machine with ease.

This type of experience only comes with time in the seat combined with a personal high expectation not only of himself but our whole team.

Roger learnt his craft from knowing what good turf feels like under foot.

He kicked a few footballs in his years on some of the best grounds Australia has to offer. This is only from hard work that some just don’t have.

He has applied this hard work ethic into building G (Gill) & J (James) Civil P/L to what it is today.
